Do you offer a repair and refurbishment service?
Yes, we offer a full factory refurbishment service for Goodyear-welted shoes. This includes a complete strip-down and rebuild using original components and lasts to restore your footwear to near-original condition.
What is your international shipping policy?
We ship to most countries worldwide via premium couriers. Delivery times vary by region, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns and exchanges within 28 days of purchase, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and returned in their original packaging. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.
